About Jim

       Hello and welcome to Train with Jim.  My name is Jim O'Shea - I'm an educated (Bachelors of    
Science) certified experienced personal fitness trainer, weight loss consultant, kids trainer and tennis
instructor with over ten years of experience.  My passion is helping people achieve their goals.

       Train with Jim is a business that designs safe and effective fitness programs according to your
fitness goals and your current fitness level.  Jim trains most clients 2-3 times per week.  He has worked
with all age groups ranging from children to adults in their 80s.  Jim has consistently been the most
sought after Fitness Expert in the Main Line area.  He has taught and coached at the college level.  Jim’
s strengths include training that is customized for the individual, body shaping and toning, weight
management, overcoming fitness plateaus, cardiovascular and muscle conditioning, sports specific
training and realistic nutrition, to name a few.  Jim also has a passion for helping children.  Whether your
child is overweight or if you are seeking that extra edge for a specific sport, Jim can help.  You and
